VOG Runs are mostly what biker's call a breakfast run. VOG usually incorporates all Area Cells in a given province and the run will include: Common rendezvous point or points, a pre-planned venue, normally a restaurant catering for and accepting a large group, where prompt service of a well priced buffet is pre-arranged and where the attendees leave at their own time, to attend the chores and duties that are common to family life.

These runs in VOG are an occasion where formation riding is practised and valued for the mutual benefit it brings to all motorists. Routes are well planned and marshalling of intersections is considered to maintain a "compact" formation and thus offer best courtesy for other motorists. Traffic rules are respected and riding speeds are controlled.
